Very good breakfast and refreshing beatiful covered pool. A great base to visit this special area: walking distance from Tam Coc boats and a few minutes by taxi or bike to the other attractions. "Wow! What a beautiful homestay tucked away in a private corner of Ninh Binh. The views and hospitable staff were amazing - they truly went above and beyond to make our time at the lotus field wonderful. At night, there were loud karaoke parties nearby that echoed across the cliffs that we weren’t expecting, and most of the bikes were in tough condition, but all and all 10/10 would recommend a stay here! "
