Staff were friendly and helpful - arranging laundry and drivers for us. Very quick walk to center of town but good restaurants just next door if needed. Walkable to some of the main sights too. "A rustic gem that feels like it's in the middle of nowhere, but it's just a short walk/cycle from Tràng An. Helpful staff were great at helping me organise tourism and airport transfers and I loved the location so much that I stayed an extra night. Bungalow 5 has possibly the best view from any toilet seat on the planet."

"Location is perfect if you want to be close to everything. The rooms are very comfortable and well maintained with everything you need. There is a pool that is very nice to cool down in when you return from the days activities. Breakfast was tasty and prepared per order. The owner Ms Hue was wonderful. She was helpful and friendly with everything you need. It was like staying with family and I can highly recommend them for providing a great experience at a very reasonable price. "

"Nan House had the most lovely property that felt like a serene oasis. Beautiful pool which was fabulous for relaxing and cooling off at the end of the day. The surroundings were peaceful and we really appreciated the location outside of the busy town. It was easily walkable to town and there was a fantastic restaurant 5 min. away. We had delicious breakfasts with good variety and dinner one evening there was very good also. The staff were fun and friendly. They were so accommodating and helpful. We were very well taken care of. I would highly recommend Nan house!"
