"Location is great. Staff amazing. Rooms, emmm really small but that’s not the problem. The AC is behind the bed and basically behind your head as you sleep. The sound is terrible and the cold air just blows right to your face, super uncomfortable. And no way to turn it off since there are no windows. This really bothered me and ruined my sleep, and ruined my stay too. But if you don’t mind this issue, the hotel is nice."

"It was a great room with updated bathroom. Chelsea is a great area, close to multiple subway stations to get around. Staff were lovely, very helpful!"
