"I booked this for our engineers and this is their feedback: Unfortunately not suitable for us to stay in, the property was not clean and had lights hanging from the ceilings. Garden not useable. No parking even though it states parking - our staff almost got a parking ticket. We did not stay in the property and drove home instead."

"The house is clean and comfortable on the inside. Outside ally that ran alongside the house had big bins which had rubbish overflowing and spreading across the path. Comms with owner none existent other then a couple of automated messages once I had paid. Not enough towels within the property for all guests no hot water for washing up asked for assistance from owner message never acknowledged. "Just what we needed for a short stay visiting family in Newcastle under Lyme. So kind of the owner to provide fresh milk and tea and coffee and biscuits plus toiletries in the bathroom. Comfy beds, cosy living room and well equipped kitchen. Only lack was no freezer so couldn’t re-freeze our cool box blocks but to be fair listing does say this.
