"It was my 2nd visiting at Kayausagi. Thus stay also was full of satisfaction! Hotspring, Food, Staff kindness, everything! They provide pick up&drop off service, ans it was very convenient to book transportation via Expedia message function in advance. A Modernized Ryokan

"This is the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in while in Japan. Every floor has a different layout and the rooms themselves are like small houses. Everything is spacious, and ease to get around. Plus, the onsens are AMAZING. I almost fell asleep while using one. Most of the staff doesn't speak English, so either practice your Japanese or bring a translator with you. "
