"My husband and I stayed here for our baby moon, and we honestly couldn’t recommend this place more! After doing a painful amount of research, it was difficult to decide between this resort and a few other ones we found, but I am so glad we went with The Islander. The grounds are beautiful, the staff is lovely, and the setup of the resort is all you could hope for! We truly forgot we were still in the U.S. and not on a tropical island. We also lucked out with our room location, being right near the pool, so we didn’t have to get out there early to “reserve” chairs, didn’t have to go far to use the bathroom, etc. It’s a family-friendly resort, but it’s not like it’s impossible for adults without children to relax. I’d recommend The Islander to anyone looking to stay in Islamorada."

"We had such a great experience at this oceanfront cottage! The property was very clean and was well equipped with everything we needed. A great location in the middle of everything that's great about Islamorada - we biked and walked most places. Owner was very responsive and helpful. We hope to stay again soon!"
