- Checkout at the evening before leaving took me 20 minutes. That was the time the receptionist needed to print the bill correctly.
- Although there is a 24 h service, when leaving early morning, I had to run and search the receptionist to unlock the main entrance. I nearly missed...

The phone number on the site did not get any response after dozen of tries.
