"The door to my room stuck and was difficult to open and close. I asked for a low level room and was put on 23!? Other than that, the food was good and the building was very clean. "

"I normally dont leave reviews that are to negative but I have to be real with people If you cant afford better then stay there. Couple things in my experience 1 elevator didn't work. 2 climate control in my room didn't work. 3 the printer in the business center didn't work and finally every time I turned on the bathroom light it sounded like a tornado was coming. Oh and the remote for the tv worked sometimes and the tv was watchable sometimes. "

"The breakfast was not worth the extra cost with runny eggs and gray potatoes. Yuck. Our keys did not work in our first room and they had to switch us to another room. The tv in our new room did not work properly and had to be hard reset (shut down and started back up) every time we switched a very channels. One of the elevators had a busted key scan. But, the staff was nice and the rooms were clean."

"Only good person in the hotel was Parking attendant Nate Sloan everyone else were rude specially the black lady front desk just because we were little late checking out they send security to remove us do not stay this ficility"
