"The suite was incredibly spacious and comfortable. While check-in was slow due to a payment issue with another guest, the sole staff member at 8 PM was very patient and handled everything expertly. The hotel's facilities and location are perfect. A great stay!"

"Check in was super easy and they even have a bag check so if you arrive before Check-in you can go walk the city without having to bring your luggage everywhere. The concierge was very friendly and he even remembered my name after coming back to check in once our room was ready. The staff who cleans the rooms was very friendly as well and always said hello/good morning. We would recommend the Wade to any of our friends and family who visit Chicago! Very easy walk to the Navy Pier and the beach and just a few blocks from the Magnificent Mile."

"Deluxe room was nice, but it was noisy. We were right across from the ice machine and employee closet and we heard talking and the door shutting all night. "

"Great value! We were a little worried because the hotel rate was much lower than most of the other options in the city but we couldn't have been happier. It a 15 walk from the L train and within walking distance of most site seeing locations. The staff was great and the room was clean. Thanks and we will certainly stay again. "
