"The room was very nice. We had an issue with the bathroom supplies. They had the large bottles of shampoo, conditioner & shower gel in the shower. However, when I tried to use the soap the pump didn't work. I had to use the little bar on the sink. I notified a cleaning staff person in the hallway. Someone later came and took the bottle but didn't replace it. The next morning I TT the front desk staff who gave me a bottle. "

"This wonderful landmark hotel is beautiful ! The staff and service was amazinng With that said, event pricing was high or typical for all the rooms. We had a standard queen room with one night stand? Typically you have 2 people staying. So, having a nightstand on the other side of the bed and move the small chair to the other end of the windows would give more utilization to the customers Also, having a kureg with only coffee pods, no tea or complementary water bottles for tea is a bit lacking The carpets and curt were not very clean. All and all an amazing stay with some tweaks advice for a better stay Especially when the room we stayed in for 1 nights was well over 800$ for the 2 nights . Is now 119 for the night."

"Our room was good. However, the shower curtain was stained and gross. And we hardly slept because someone had young kids near us running the halls, laughing and slamming the doors past 1:00 am. I finally had to call the front desk and say something. I’m actually surprised someone else didn’t complain before we brought it up. Also, there was no meat with breakfast. So that was disappointing."

"Unfortunately the room while hotel was not well kept. The rugs the second you walk into the lobby were so disgusting. I was instantly nervous at that point. They pump so much aroma into it I had a headache. Our room also was heavily fragrant to cover up an odor. Lastly, we valet parked and waited for 30 mins for our vehicle. I then asked where it was and they said it is right there. They had our car keys mixed up with somebody else’s and pulled up the wrong vehicle. Needless to say, I will never be returning."
