"Really loved this boutique hotel, apart from the heavy perfume of the room. The smell was overwhelming. However, in terms of interior design, they did pay a great deal of attention to the little details, providing a very posh environment. But keep in mind two things: it’s a very small hotel and we had a very small room, with dark paint colors making it feel even smaller; and then there is a bar practically right outside of the rooms, but thankfully that shuts down at 9pm. "The condo was very clean and well maintained. The bedrooms are large and the king size beds were very comfortable with premium bedding. With a bar/restaurant on the ground floor, and many restaurants just a short walk away, the location is very convenient. The Grand Mesa, Palisade, The Colorado Monument, and numerous wineries are all 30-60 minutes away by car. There is a homeless shelter close by, so that's not ideal, but it didn't present any real issues. Overall, I would recommend the Modern...

"Came to Palisade for the annual AGAG conference. This place was perfect. Very close to Cameo, comfortable and had everything you need. Walking distance to shops and restaurants and close to hiking. Didn’t use the bikes but super cool they were available. Will stay again!"

Spacious and convenient to downtown Palisade, we walked in several times. Clean with tons of linens and towels when we arrived. Quiet, comfortable, and spacious. "
