"The room was clean and comfortable my only issue was the air conditioning didn’t work and when I went down to the lobby to get my problems resolved they just turn my air conditioning off… contacting the front desk was a task, the room phone didn’t work and nobody answered when I called off my phone. "Overall the stay was fine. There were several issues with Valet parking that were troubling. One of the biggest challenges was my car was incorrectly labeled which caused issues for the persons trying to retrieve the care. Additionally on one of my pick ups, I had a coat in the front seat. Two people when to retrieve the care. Thus, the person in the passenger seat sat on my coat on the ride back to the hotel. This was inappropriate in my opinion. Again, the hotel and stay was fine; the parking left a lot to be desired. So much so that I will be staying at a different on my next visit tot he city."
