"We had a great long weekend on St. George Island! Sandstone is in a great location. We loved being able to walk out of the house on to the beach. The gear credit was a huge plus for us, and we enjoyed our bikes!"

"The photos were taken 15 years ago. This property has been abused and neglected. I should have read the reviews prior to booking, the local Vacasa staff was irresponsible and sometimes snotty. The kitchen is not adequately equipped. The dishes are chipped and the pans are rusty. There are no blinds. There is not an outdoor shower or even a slicker to wash you feet. The walkway is overgrown and full of stickers. Light switches come off in your hand, I had to request 2 service calls on appliances....

"Everything was neat, clean, and very pet friendly! Marisa was just a call or text away and always willing to assist! The venue is in close proximity to the downtown and restaurants. Very close walking distance or golf cart ride. We would definitely recommend this home to others! Thanks again!"

"One of the best houses we have ever stayed in at the beach or away!! Pool and beach just steps away from the house. Lots of room for all of us to spread out. Kitchen has everything you need. The hosts respond immediately to every question or concern. Will be back!!"

"We so enjoyed the property. It was clean, well-stocked, and was in the condition as shown in the pictures which often isn’t the case. Would have liked to have had a table outside on the porch area for dining, morning coffee watching the sunrise, or cocktails in the evening. Still, ample seating to accommodate our group of 5. As with all new model refrigerators ice was a factor but plenty of stores around to purchase what we needed so not a negative review to be made."

"We enjoyed our stay here! The location was perfect! The view was perfect. Plenty of space for our family. We only had a few complaints and they weren’t a big enough deal for me to contact the host. The floor was not cleaned well when we arrived. My toddlers socks and feet were very dirty after walking around in the house. There was a broom and basic swiffer mop but no wipes to go with the swiffer. The house would also benefit from a handy man working on some things. Like some of the light...

"I really thought the property was very nice and clean. Unfortunately the cable did not work (no big deal). Getting into the property was challenging also (the code did not work and never did) so we had to use the key for upstairs. Lastly the coffee maker needs to be replaced as the coffee was brewed cold. Warmed it up in the microwave. While the reservation team was very nice they never checked in about gaining entry to the property and no service technician ever came to repair the door. Again...
