"Staff were friendly and efficient at check-in. The room was large and well laid out. Appeared to be clean. Shower water pressure was good, and the temperature was constant. Parking was a little bit inconvenient but accessible, requiring a walk a few blocks down the road. I did not buy breakfast but checked it out. "The rooms are very clean and the fact it was so close to the sanctuary of Saint Anthony was a huge Plus. However, I didn’t realise that it wasn’t a 24 hour reception and so the traditional perks of a hotel were absent. As in calling for a taxi or any particular information about the local area. One thing I have to say was there was a strange smell within my bedroom and when I went to bed, my clothes had a strange smell...

"Wunderschönes Hotel, tolle Lage, nette und sehr engagierte Mitarbeiter. Leider war im Bad massiv Schimmel an der Decke über der Dusche. Das wurde zwar - nachdem wir es gemeldet hatten - versucht zu entfernen, Reste blieben jedoch erhalten und durch die Reinigung stank das gesamte Zimmer anschließend sehr nach Chlor (was zu Atemproblemen führte, ich bin Asthmatikerin). Dennoch - der Versuch war da und das ist viel Wert. Daher: Service absolut super!"

"I chose the property for its convenient location in the city center. In the photos, the furnishings appear ultra modern. In reality, they are in terrible repair. The odd, curved, white vinyl chair was badly torn all over. The table was very wobbly. Walls and baseboards were chipped. The bathroom wall behind the sink was soaking wet near the base and black with mildew. The batheoom floor and shower floor were visibly not clean. I wore flip flops the whole time. "Rooms are very small (even for Italy). I had to search for an additional room in the area since it was impossible for two people to share one room that advertised sleeping 3 people. Cleaning staff start working in the halls early in the morning, so good luck getting any sleep during that time without ear plugs. Great location and staff, but I would never come back again. Overall, in Padua, apartment seems like a safer bet."
