"Very nice apartment close to Piazza Maggiore; about a15 minute walk. The room was nicely appointed and it had all of the necessary appliances for making breakfast, including a coffee maker, toaster and refrigerator. The staff was helpful and I would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel was beautiful with gorgeous appointments. My only criticism is that they did not have easy handicap access. I had to go out the back way through the innards of the hotel every time I left. The only other choice was to disturb the staff and have them lower me on the front steps using an unusual contraption. I would have been embarrassed to use that more than I did – only once. They really should have better accommodations for a five star hotel."
