Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana an All-Inclusive Resort

"The rooms were spacious and clean. Service was good, room service not so much. Never got to make any reservations for dinner since the app wouldn’t work. The pools close pretty early. The worst part is waiting for the cars to pick you up and take you around the massive resort. They need to at least have a call button at the waiting stands. Someone took my bathing suit from my room and $20 but other than that it was good."

"It was very clean . We had some issues with the toilet running but they got it fixed very quickly . The staff were amazing . Special shout out to Leidy at the lobby bar on the adults side . She didn’t miss a thing . Excellent at her job . The property is beautiful and massive . This was my 5th visit and lll be back again I’m sure ."
