"The staff was very helpful we had Baroni Rodriguez as or personal assistant he was excelent took care of restaurant reservations taxi and many other thing hotel was pretty good my whole family enjoyed will do it again. The view from room was excelent bars and food top notch"

The pool just needs a bit of attention, but overall, I thoroughly enjoyed all the evening shows, and the food was good with a little extra effort, it could be truly outstanding. A special thank you to our personal butler, Fabio Mota, who made our stay so pleasant and smooth. We really appreciated it! Excursions booked through the hotel were more professional and organized."

This was our best trip with the family and our 7th trip to the Hard Rock Resort and Casino. We are making plans to visit again in 2027. Punta Cana is the best!!!"

"The food was delicious, I really enjoyed the water park and the pool. The only thing I didn’t like was the beach, the water was dirty and lots of seed weeds. Other than that, it was a beautiful experience."
