"Our stay at the Grand Victorian Inn was great! The rooms were clean and the complimentary breakfast was awesome! The property has some really unique decor and is very nice. The only downside was that the fridge is a shared fridge among the rooms, but it was pretty empty when we stayed there so it was fine. We'd definitely stay there again!"

"We had a clean, quiet room. The outdoor pool is very small, but well kept. However when a bunch of kids came, we left, to small with all of their splashing. Breakfast was nice, waffles were great and the sausages and egg white omelets were a great addition."

"Communication was proactive and showed a genuine concern for our comfort during our stay. There was an error in double booking on the property’s end and they made extra accommodations for us and went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. The owner is a very kind person and reached out on a few occasions to ensure we had everything we needed. The cabin was beautiful, well maintained, and clean, and had great amenities for cooking. We enjoyed the brand new grill outside and also used the fire pit and enjoyed the local hiking trail. It is close to Mammoth Cave and we really enjoyed spending half the day at the park then relaxing at the cabin for the rest of the day. Highly recommend!!! (Side note - we are now at our next cabin destination of our road trip and we are missing the comfort and amenities at Maple Retreat!)"

"The staff was very nice. The property was ok, smelled clean, bedding was worn but clean. If you need an inexpensive place to stay for a night, then this place will work. It’s conveniently right off I65. "
