We stayed overnight to catch an early ferry. Restaurant, pool and proximity to the ferry terminal were great. Unfortunately, our room was at the main road with some traffic noise and next to the bar/ billiard area with some more noise.

if you are disabled and book a hotel with elevator than you expect to get to your rpom without having to use stairs. at least 8 steps high. NO not here. you and your rollater, walker have to see how to get down and upatairs. really bad in this hotel. The restaurant chef cannot cook. overcooked two times my food. had t sebd it back. the rooms are ok and the breakfast is great.

Es ist vorallem ein autobasiertes Durchgangshotel für diverse Fähr-Gäste aus ganz Europa. Angenehm.

Die Betten waren wahnsinnig durchgelegen und unbequem. Die Zimmer sind sehen alt und einfach renovierungsbedürftig. Sauberkeit lässt stark zu wünschen übrig. Die Türen zu den Zimmern sahen aus als wäre dort schon mindestens zehn mal eingebrochen worden, total gruselig. Alles sehr hellhörig, die Gäste über uns haben die halbe Nacht gepoltert aber da kann das Hotel natürlich nichts für. Positiv war der Check-in, schnell und nettes Personal. Frühstück war auch ok. Der Hund musste für 200 DKK bezahlt werden, das ist bei der Buchung nicht angezeigt worden ist. Das ist auch kein angebrachter Preis, da in anderen Hotels wo für diesen eine Gebühr anfällt immer ein Wassernapf und Goodies bereitgestellt werden.

Haben das Hotel zur Übernachtung vor der Fähre genutzt. Alles top, Personal war sehr freundlich, das Frühstück gut und Ladestationen für Elektrofahrzeuge direkt neben dem Hotel. Perfekt.

Sehr gutes, sauberes Hotel. Nicht so gut: Wir buchen immer über Expedia, eine Verlängerung des Aufenthaltes ist nur im Hotel direkt möglich, das finde ich nicht gut und wir haben immer ein Problem, wenn wir mit Hund reisen. Man bucht eine Kategorie und wenn man Pech hat ist eine „Hundezimmer nicht frei oder eine andere Kategorie.
