"This hotel is extremely convenient, being a part of the Hiroshima's main train station, and the quality and service are excellent. Although the prices have gone up over the last year, it is still good value, given the hotel's location and high quality."

"I really hate to be so harsh on this hotel, but it does not reflect the staff all. The downfall of this hotel is its clear signs of age and weird decor choices reminiscent of a cruise ship. The rooms are much older than pictured, and feature decaying wallpaper, stained curtains, and old furniture. The AC/heat cannot actually be controlled by each room, but is central to the hotel (i.e. the AC was on, but rooms can only control how hard the fan blows. They set the temperature to a pretty warm temp). The AC caused me allergy problems as I would smell the dust and dirt. There are only two elevators for the whole hotel and it can take forever to get up and down. Overall, the only thing keeping this place in business is the friendly staff and the walking distance location to the Peace Memorial. I would highly suggest and large makeover to remediate all the issues. "

"Modern hotel, very helpful staff and excellent buffet style breakfast on the 25th floor with lovely views of area. Comfortable beds and good shower in bathroom. Hotel happy to look after your baggage pre/post check in/out. Short walk to memorial park. Bus took about 20 mins from railway station."

"Excellent hotel, easy short walk to the Peace Memorial Park and good transport links around the city. Good facilities including a nice onsen (public bath) and fantastic breakfast with a wide range of options. Smooth check in process and very clean and tidy. Highly recommended hotel. "

"Extremely handy to Hiroshima Station (and the stadium, if looking for that). I walked into the city centre daily to meet up with friends daily and it was an easy 25 minute walk. The room was reasonably equipped (tiny by North American standards, but average for Japan). The carpeting was tired and stained, but the bedding was fine. Breakfast was ... basic. Moderately better than the "coffee and bread" advertised in the elevator, but that baseline left little room for disappointment. Made for a reasonable snack on the way to breakfast. ;) The photos with food on a patio are utterly misleading as there is no bar/food source attached to the hotel."
