Japanese futon is self-service.
if Garbage is full please contact me , I will send my Hotel staff to pick it up.
if you need to order a taxi for your departure, Please contact me at least 1 day before.
Early check-in to drop your luggage is allowed after 11:30 am
For the same reason- we do not accept late checkout.

Under Japanese law, all hosts are required to keep a record of all guests. This includes their name, home address, occupation and dates of stay. If your guest does not have a home address in Japan, you will need to collect a copy of their passport stating their nationality and passport number.

So please send me your passport copy after your reservation is confirmed. You may send your passport copy as an attachment via email or using your smart phone on your booking channel app.

My apartment and the building is protected with CCTV/ Security Camera for safety & protection of all my guest. This also serve as my guide when you do self check in. Please be aware and be guided accordingly.

It is a requirement for all hotels and short-term rental license for each host.
