"Phenomenal service and gorgeous location. There was a downpour of rain when we arrived and the staff prepared four umbrellas for us to receive us and walk us to our room. The room was spotless and we had a great view of the lake."

"Worst night of my life. There was an alarm bell going off 5 times during the night, so I hardly had any sleep at all. When I finally gave up and left at 5am, there was nobody in the reception, otherwise I would have demanded a full refund."

"It’s a stone throw away from the station. Initially went to store my luggage since I arrived earlier before check-in and both my luggage were sent straight to my room when I came back in the evening. Hotel may look dated but everything works well and it’s a comfortable stay."

"The house is massive and super cute! Lots of space to sleep and hang out. Full kitchen (cutest tiniest oven ever), and free washer/dryer with soap provided. Bathtub has an automatic heating feature which was super cool coming from a Canadian who has never seen this before. Super close to the ferry port. Fairly accessible by public transport from Hiroshima airport. "

"This hotel is convenient because it is close to the university if you are dropping off a student. Although it is listed that there’s laundry there is none. The restaurant does not open until 10 AM so if you want a a earlierbreakfast, you should plan ahead. It is an older property and in need of updating, such as new carpets in the room. More pillows per bed, they only give you one small one. However, it is clean and tidy. The staff are present at the desk after 9 AM and until 9 PM. They are very...
