Palazzo Motor Lodge

"We only stayed one night at Palazzo Motor Lodge, but we absolutely loved it! Everything was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and very well cared for. The lovely lady who checked us in was an absolute standout. She was incredibly warm, helpful, and genuinely friendly — within minutes it felt more like chatting with someone we’d known for years than checking into a motel. That kind of genuine hospitality makes such a difference, especially when you’re traveling. Our room was quiet, comfortable, and had everything we needed. You can tell a lot of care goes into this place, and we only wish we could have stayed longer. Such a wonderful find in Nelson. We would happily stay at Palazzo again and absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting!"

"Beautiful view of the harbour and a simple but nice apartment with a king bed and a sitting area with foldout couch. Worked well for 4 people overnight. Breakfast was a nice continental with yogurt, juice, cold cereal w/ many toppings, and toast. It was a very short stay but I would return"

"My only negative is about privacy in room. There are curtains on the windows of course but the door is pretty much see thru into the room when any light is on at night"
