Como o ar-condicionado não está funcionando e não nos trocaram de quarto ao comunicarmos o que estava acontecendo(chegamos às 14h40 e só veio gelar por volta das 19h) e o ar também estava sem controle e logo informamos na recepção, mas na hora do check-out não nos deixaram sair de imediato porque foram perguntar a outro funcionário se de fato estava sem controle, após o aval dele, nos liberaram.

"Ideal para unas vacaciones en familia! Destacamos muchas cosas del hotel, pero por sobre todo, la calidez del staff, el excepcional kids club (Vila Brincante) y el exquisito desayuno. La opción de media pensión nos resultó muy conveniente para poder disfrutar más del día y no preocuparnos por salir a cenar. En relación a la ubicación, se puede ir caminando a las piscinas naturales de Pontal do Cupé donde se puede nadar con peces.
