"We stayed at 5 different hotels in Switzerland and this was my favorite one. The room was laid out so well, comfortable, and had the best shower. It also included a simple, but very nice continental breakfast with healthy options. The staff was very nice and helpful. The location was just off the main drag. The best part is that it was our least expensive hotel in Switzerland, so a good value."

"Access to the spa for our stay was really nice. I wish the hot tub was actually hot though. The mattress in our room was hard as a rock, so we'd wake up sore every morning. The shower in our room was also kind of gross, with some unidentifiable black sludge in the seams. The view from our room was brilliant though!"

"We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Butterfly. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed the on site restaurant. Hotel Butterfly is conveniently located within a ten minute walk from the Zermatt train station but the location on a side street is very quiet. Our room had a beautiful balcony."

"Loved everything about our stay here. Beautiful small hotel, lovely rooms, wonderful restaurant, great staff and they even loaned us a backpack and walking sticks for a hike we wanted to take. The spa looked amazing, but we didn’t have time to use it. Highly recommend this place!"

"We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. We were only there one night, unfortunately, but really enjoyed the excellent room they provided us. Most of all was the greeting staff and the bartender ‘hanging’ out with us and sharing with us about them and the area. We did not have dinner at the hotel, but the breakfast was amazing. Even for a one-night visit, this was good choice for us. A warm and friendly environment."
