"Our extended family had a wonderful stay at Grey Gull Cottage. The huge porch and amazing view were the highlights of the trip. The house is well-outfitted, and although the kitchen is very small, it is a pleasure to cook in! Swimming off the rocks was a blast, but if you have small kids the public beach right next to the house would be a perfect spot to spend the day. In retrospect, it might not have been the best house for my 96-year-old mother-in-law as all the bathrooms (as well as bedrooms)...

The host was very responsive and friendly, everything was clean and well-maintained, and it was the perfect amount of space for our small family. The small kitchen had everything we needed, window units easily handled the summer heat, and the location was quiet but within easy distance of everything we had planned. 10/10 would recommend."

"This is a beautiful location with a very peaceful scene off the back porch and dock. I found the property to be well appointed and in good working order. We enjoyed the stay very much. Don’t sleep with the windows open if you don’t like the sounds of marsh field nature and a nearby commuter rail line which runs frequently. "Comfortable place to stay on the water overlooking Boston Harbor and downtown. Sunsets are amazing behind the tall buildings of downtown. Trails close by for walking and sightseeing. Nice kitchen and bathrooms. We had trouble with getting any of the TV's to work and there was an annoying flood light shining on the back deck from the neighbors house all day and night. Other than those two things it was nice to have a house on the water with a fantastic view. "
