"Staff were very pleasant, chatty and helpful.
Breakfast was lovely, although VERY busy.
Room wasn’t especially clean - normally I’d have asked for another room or asked for it to be cleaned, but I arrived late and just wanted to get to bed.
I didn’t get chance to use the facilities, but it looked lovely and was in a very pleasant area, with views across the lake."

I arrived at the airport close to midnight so no shuttle was available from the hotel. Uber was not was hard to find a pick up and taxi's refused to take us as they said it was too short a ride because they thought it was the closer airport hotel.
