"The property and stay was amazing and it was very close from the lake and winery's, the property was very clean had everything you need to cook in the kitchen even to wash your clothes, i used the grill it was also clean when i was using it, its a very quiet location and nice for a family weekend "

"The unit was very nice and clean. Adequate for two couples. The owners were friendly and available nearby. There was nothing we needed. Just wish there was a regular coffee maker opposed to a Keurig. The outside of the building needs work, but seems to be a work in progress. Most importantly the inside was clean and comfortable. "We really enjoyed staying in this little home. It is within walking distance of downtown Watkins Glen so it is very easy to walk to if you choose to do so. The inside was very clean and well kept. We liked the close proximity to various winerys and restaurants. It made it very easy to stop back and drop off our goodies we collected throughout the days we were there."

"We stayed 4 nights while hiking and hitting the wineries and cider houses. It was nice, cute and well stocked. For us, it was pretty much centralized to all of our activities but there isn't anything within walking distance but a short drive to town for pizza or the grocery store."

"This property is very clean and nicely decorated. As soon as you enter you'll feel at home. Plenty of space for three couples and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The location is great for the west side of Seneca Lake, just about half way up the lake. We will definitely be back."

"This is a HUGE apartment that is tastefully decorated with antiques and original artwork. I loved all the exposed brick and big windows in the master bedroom. The linens were very nice. It is conveniently located downtown and is across from City Hall and the post office. It's very easy to walk to all the downtown restaurants. I highly recommend this rental and will stay here again if I come back to Geneva. The only downside of being downtown is the early morning noise of delivery trucks (Monday...

"We stayed at the property during Cornell graduation when Ithaca was fully booked. It was a 30 minute drive from Ithaca. The Finger Lakes and surrounding towns are very cute and this would be a nice place to stay for visiting that area."

"This is a great property in the heart of the historic district in Geneva. It was an easy walk to the college and downtown areas. Stephen is very responsive when emailed. We would definitely rebook, when we come back to Geneva to see our daughter."

"Check in was very easy, I was given a code to a lockbox. I overpacked assuming it would be a little more rustic, turns out it has all the comfort and conveniences of home. Cottage, grounds, and hot tub were clean and inviting. We were there very early spring before the leaves grew on the trees and the view was incredible! There’s a nice hiking trail a mile down the road, and water access directly across the street. This place exceeded my expectations all around! Book it!"

"The stay was wonderful! An extremely beautiful view, clean and serene space, and everything was provided for. Dave and his family were wonderful, and helped provide everything we could need. Even getting us out of the mud on the first night. Close to some of the best wineries and eats in the area, and a short drive to some very visually stunning parks beyond the lake itself.
