"Die Vermieter sind super herzlich. Die Ferienwohnung liegt ruhig in dem kleinen Laudenbach, dass zu Karlstadt gehört. Einkaufen ist in dem nahen Karlstadt möglich. Wandern und Fahrradfahren von der Wohnung aus gut möglich. Wir waren sehr zufrieden."

Pedestal fan in room a bonus for those warm summer nights! Building itself is ongoing refurbishment. And there is no lift/elevator. 1 km from main railway station and about 100m from tram/bus-stop. Very easy access to the city. A great holiday rental in a wonderful historic town."

"Eine feine kleine FeWo direkt am Main und kurz vor Würzburg. Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt an der Straße und man ist in 10 Minuten in der City. Oder mit dem Fahrrad auf dem Maintalradweg unterwegs. Die sehr nette Vermieterin nimmt einen herzlich in Empfang. Im Sommer lädt außerdem der Garten ein."

Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, hat aber nicht, - wie man bei dem letzten Foto meinen möchte -, ein Fenster mit schönem Ausblick im Obergeschoss, zu dem die fotografierte Treppe führt - im Gegenteil: der Eingang zu Küche und Duschbad liegt im Erdgeschoss, und die Treppe führt in den Keller! Dort hatte der Durchgangsraum (Wohnzimmer) keine Fenster, der dahinterliegende Schlafraum hatte Kellerfensteröffnungen zu Lichtschächten. Das hatten wir so...

Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und ordentlich vorzufinden. Die Vermieter in war freundlich und hilfsbereit und ist auch auf die Wünsche der Mitarbeiter eingegangen.
