"Excellent communication, very clean residence, simple check in and check out. Two improvements: 1. The knob to turn the water on and select hot/cold in the tub/shower needs to be replaced. It does not function properly and we were not able to take a hot shower. 2. Make it clearer that the residence is apart of an apartment complex. This fact may not matter to some customers but it would have been a major component for other customers."

"This is one of the most unique and beautiful places I've stayed with a vacation rental. The decor is meticulous, creative - the photos don't capture just how big, spacious and well-decorated it is. "This little place was perfect for a couples get away. Super clean and had everything we needed. We were able to leave the car parked and use bikes to explore downtown Bristol. Nice neighborhood felt very safe. People in the other units were very quiet. Would definitely recommend. "

"Not too bad of a little house for a quick overnight stay. The pictures do the place justice. We arrived after dark and in the rain. There needs to be a sidewalk from the back parking area to the front door for apt. #2. The front steps could be a safety issue. They have no railing and are short. The first thing we saw in the bedroom was a spider web and a spider. We used the vacuum cleaner to rid that issue! The place is nice and clean. It could use some touch up paint on certain areas. "The villa chic was a very comfortable place for us to stay while Visiting our children in Bristol. However, it is not very convenient for elderly people. There are stairs outside that make it hard for a person with walking problems. Everything was nice and neat and clean, and the bed was wonderful!"

"We enjoyed our stay at the magnolia cabin. The cabin was cleaned and stocked with towels and kitchen supplies. We brought our dog and the porch was enclosed so we weren’t concerned. Only negative that we had was- yes it was a cabin right on the river, but you had to access the water behind the main cabin. Which during our weekend that main cabin was filled with people so it was always crowded going down to the river so we only went down there once during our weekend trip. "
