Located in the desirable Coligny Beach area you are a short walk or bike ride away to some of the Island's best shopping, restaurants and of course, the Atlantic Ocean.

Once you enter the Villa you will see all the designer touches making this Courtside Villa a quick favorite!

The sleek galley kitchen has plenty of space to prepare the "catch of the day" and still feel included because of the open and airy lay-out. The dining and living area is stylish, comfortable and inviting. Step out onto your balcony to enjoy a southern breeze . A spiral staircase leads down to the ground level where you will be steps from the community pool.

Upstairs are two Bedroom Suites. The Master Suite has a king bed and en suite bath. It offers the perfect retreat after a day of adventure.

The second bedroom has two queen beds offering plenty of space and sleeping options for your travelers. The guest bedroom also has an en suite bath which is such a treat for guests.

great getaway

this was a great location for us. just 5 min to beach, but connected to all of the biking trails. we walked or rode bike everywhere we went. Perfect place to relax

Comfortable, clean and modern

We loved the condo and appreciated how comfortable it was. It was easy for me to walk to Coligny Plaza while my family golfed. The weather wasn't great, so we didn't get to look around the property much, but we still had a great time.

Courtside Rental

This was a very nice place to stay-it was very clean, had a fully equipped kitchen and was very close to Coligny Plaza and nice walk to the beach. It was also very quiet. I would rent this unit again.

Amazing Location/Very Clean

This place was exactly like the pictures on the listing. It was very clean and a well maintained place. The beds were comfortable and the shower had enough hot water for all 4 of us. The pools were great and very clean. It was so close to the beach and all the restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and will for sure be back again!

Great place to stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property. We had a girls weekend with my sisters and mom. The pools are very nice and the beach is within walking distance. The original listing included 2 bicycles when booking but they were since removed, so you will need to rent bikes if needed. The townhouse is beautiful, just like the pictures. We would rent again.

The property was just as it looked in the photos which is not always the case. It is beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. The weather was not very cooperative during our stay so it was important to be in a space that made staying inside a plus! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Awesome Vacation

We loved everything about the property. The layout was perfect for the family with the two bedrooms being upstairs and the living space downstairs. The unit had everything we needed including beach essentials. (Wagon, chairs, boogie boards). The location is only 5 minutes to the beach which was ideal. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks again for a wonderful vacation.

Close to Coligny beach and well maintained

This villa is close to Coligny beach. We never had an issue finding parking. The villa is spacious and very clean! They have beach chairs and wagon available, which is a plus. The bedrooms were clean and had ceiling fans. The kitchen has all necessities to make a meal. The pool closest to the villa is well maintained. We never used the other pool. We would stay here again.

Chic Unit & Short Walk to the Beach!

We had a great stay at Courtside 18. A completely updated unit, it is well-appointed and perfectly located. Unfortunately the AC went out the day we arrived, but Matt and his team swiftly responded by getting the AC company out the very next morning to install a brand new unit and had the unit re-cleaned to boot! Thank you for a great stay!

Great rental!

This place is beautiful!! Very nicely decorated! Stocked with all the essentials and more! This unit even has 2 bicycles to use! It also included Beach chairs, boogie board, pool noodles, and a wagon for the beach!! Included cable and smart Roku TV. Very good location and only about 4 blocks from Coligny Beach! The 2 pools were nice too. I highly recommend this property!

Initially, when we drove up to the Villa Community I wasn’t impressed due to the long drive, I wanted to take a shower and relax. When we opened the Villa I / we were amazed of the logistics, very clean and put together nicely. The Amenities, Beach was spectacular to include the surrounding Restaurants. We all had a fantastic family awesome time. We will be back and Thank you for everything.

Fantastic Condo + Location

This condo is well appointed and just a block off the beach, and a couple of blocks from restaurants and shops...as well as being stylish. We really only needed to drive for dinner over on Broad Creek and at Sea Pine (only because Sea Pines wonʻt let you bike in). If youʻre active, renting bikes is highly recommended and even riding over to mini golf is doable. In the condo, there are a variety of games, puzzles etc. and the beds were very comfortable. The manager was very attentive as well. Weʻd definitely recommend and stay again.

The property was wonderful! Our children were attending a tennis camp at Van Der Meer, so this property was the perfect location for them to walk. #18 Courtside was beautifully renovated and we really enjoyed our stay. We were given a number to text to check on whether or not we could have an early check-in, but no one ever responded. While the condo was beautiful, the mattresses could use an update. The king mattress is not comfortable. It was farther away from the beach than we anticipated. The condo did provide a wagon for carrying chairs and coolers so that was a life saver! Great stay!

Very well-stocked kitchen- had everything. Disappointed with the amount of hot water - not enough for 2 adults to take even short showers. Minor issue with master bathroom sink drainage (had to temporarily remove drain stop).

Spring break

This was a nicely updated condo. The fixtures, finishes, and furniture was very well done. The back porch was shaded and the front porch was full sun, so you could get the best of both. The condo is in walk-in distance to the beach. The only thing to say as a negative was that the pool, pool area and furniture was not clean and not actually “open”. When booking, we were unaware that the pool opens first week in April.
