We took our Granddaughter on a Spring Break trip this year to Hilton Head. It was beautiful weather, great shopping and perfect spot for some pickleball. The condo was the right size and enjoyed late night board games and movies.

Loved the property! It has everything you could ask for. It’s located on the beach and has 3 options for restaurants on the property. This unit was directly across from the smaller pool which made it nice because we had our grandchildren with us. We had such a great time we decided to stay an extra night.

Our family of 4 stayed at this unit for 4 nights. The resort buildings themselves could use a little TLC but this condo was nicely updated and overall worked well for our family. When we arrived, the sandy beach gear was all piled up inside on a plastic sheet in the living room (I’m assuming because of tropical storm Debby that had just moved through) so we had to clear it all out before we could get situated which wasn’t a big deal just unexpected. There was some mold/mildew in the master shower and sink but otherwise it was clean. The bedrooms are tight and do not have space to open up a suitcase to easily unpack but there is lots of drawer space to store clothes in. The master king sized bed was very comfortable! The kitchen was nicely equipped and had all the necessities to prepare meals including spices. The location was great being right across the parking lot from the quieter small pool and a short walk to the beach. The rolling cooler provided came in super handy!

We were thrilled with the beachside location of this clean and updated condo. We spent many days back and forth between the beach and the pools. It was a nice surprise that we were less than 15 minutes away from any restaurant or activity on our list! We’d stay again! Small suggestion for adding outdoor towel hooks.

Great condo for myself, my husband and my brother. It has just about everything you could imagine. Typically we drive to a location like this so that we can bring all our beach gear, but we so easily could have flown because they had everything you would need- beach towels, two types of carts and four beach (low sitting) chairs. Now I wish we had flown! We sat on the balcony every morning and night to watch the ocean.

Very clean and accommodating. Excellent provisions and newly updated. Very close to beach with easy access. Candace, our property contact was awesome in working out the cable TVs--each TV (living area, master, guest) had different access--mainline cable, Roku, and alternative cable. Overall, I'd go back hoping the Cable issues would be resolved. But then again, who needs Cable TV when you have a beautiful beach and sunrises just steps away!

Great vacation. Although we didn't get to participate in them the activities on the resort were great. It was nice being able to see the ocean and pool from the patio. The guest bedroom is a little small, but we were able to make it work. The finishes were nice and overall we enjoyed ourselves. We would definitely book this location again.

Booking and check in were extremely easy. The condo had everything you need for your stay! We felt like we were in our own home for the week. We had an issue with a broken beach umbrella. We contacted the property and they sent a new one quickly.

The condo is very nicely updated and super comfortable. The open kitchen and living space was just perfect for our family. We loved being steps from the beach, and it was really easy to go back-and-forth as needed. we would definitely stay here again! Also, the rolling cart, beach blanket and beach chairs were a huge bonus.

Property is spectacular. Whoever did the remodel did not miss a detail. No cut corners, everything was done thoroughly and high quality craftsmanship and materials. Check in process was a bit confusing, but not property owner's fault. Took a minute to figure out numbering system of units, and then to find the key code in the welcome email. Biggest complaint is really a positive - description of unit did not include all of the amenities, which would've been helpful to know. Was blown away that unit came with high chair, pack n play, baby care products, etc. This was huge for us with a 2 year old. However, we didn't know, so we brought all of those things. Would've been nice to know - but again, amazing that it included all of that! Also came with 4 beach chairs and tons of beach toys - again, would've been great to know so we didn't bring ours. Just a fantastic unit. Very happy!

The condo is in a great location. There is a pool as soon as you come out of the building and the beach is about a 5 minute walk from door to sand. It’s probably the nicest unit in the building as it has been remodeled recently with high end finishings. We had one issue with a broken bedframe when we arrived, but management was very responsive and someone was there to fix it in less than 30 minutes. It’s a smaller unit, we had 3 and it was comfortable. Some people are comfortable in closer quarters, so it may be fine for 5-6 depending on your preferences. Overall, I can’t see anyone being disappointed with this unit.

Recently updated property in a great location. The condo was clean, modern and perfect for our family of 5 (including three young children). Nicely equipped with everything we needed to enjoy a stress free week in Hilton Head. Short walk to the large pool on the resort property and an even shorter walk to the beach. We will definitely consider this condo for our next trip to Hilton Head!
