When I looked at the listing it said "Pet friendly" with no specified limit on the number of.pets like some of the other properties did. Since I had 3 small dogs, I booked it and specified the number of people and pets. The host came back with a message stating a limit of 2 pets and an extra 300 for them. I rejected the proposal since I had 3 dogs. The host replied on VRBO messaging with "let us check into that" but via text messages and phone calls told me they would not cancel and I would have to pay anyway. I had to call VRBO support several times as the host continued to refuse to help me. The host tried to get me to cancel the booking but I had been told by VRBO support that if I did then I would be charged. I would never trust this host.
