Welcome to Colonnade Club, Hilton Head Island! This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Shipyard vacation villa is located on the second floor of the Colonnade Club of offers comfort, convenience and classic resort style amenities for your Hilton Head Island vacation.

To the right of the entry foyer is a bedroom with 2 twin beds, a TV and a connecting door to the hall bathroom. On the left of the foyer is the fully equipped kitchen. Just off the kitchen you will find the laundry room containing a full-size washer and dryer. In addition, the kitchen has a convenient dining/serving counter with 2 barstools that is open to the formal dining area, where there is a table with seating for 6.

The adjacent living room features comfortable seating, an entertainment center with a TV and DVD player for your indoor entertainment and a private balcony to relax and enjoy the Hilton Head Island outdoor lifestyle.

Colonnade Club 168 comfortably sleeps 6 guests in 2 bedrooms. Both bedrooms have brand new mattresses and boxsprings as of June 2025! The main bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV, a spacious walk-in closet and a private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds. There is a washer/dryer for your convenience.

The Colonnade Club, Hilton Head is a wonderful vacation destination within Shipyard, close to the beach with an on-site pool (open April 15th through September), pool house, heated spa and community BBQ grills. This complex is not equipped with elevators and use of stairs is required. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

Please indicate how many car passes you will need. Car passes are $35 plus tax for the stay. 2 Car Passes Max.

Shipyard is tucked away in the historic Oaks on the south shore of Hilton Head Island with 12 miles of white sandy beach, bike paths, lagoons, championship golf at the Shipyard Golf Club, tennis courts at the Van der Meer Racquet Club and an abundance of natural beauty. Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
