As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation!
Seaside is an oceanfront complex in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach area. Walking distance to many shops, restaurants and entertainment.
Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

Everything was perfect. Just as described. Host was Awesome. Condo is within walking distances to local restaurants and shops in which we enjoyed over the weekend. We even decided to stay an extra night on check out day and our host was super responsive and was able to get us another night! No complaints here! Everything was perfect

Smaller, dated unit missing some ammenities like dishwasher and supplies, but good communication with property owner over issues. As advertised the bed was very comfortable and distance from beach was fine. Appreciated that unit came with beach chairs and bikes so did not need to rent Thanks!

We planned a last minute trip for my boyfriend’s birthday and this spot was perfect! It was in the perfect location for literally everything. The villa was so clean and cute. We had zero issues! This cute condo was located steps from the beach and a short walk to Coligney shopping and restaurants. My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much walks and the beach, sunsets and sunrises, breakfast on the patio and bike rides on the trails.
