Welcome to Inverness Village, a complex located near golf courses, beaches, and so much more! This family-friendly vacation rental, with space for up to 10 guests, features a full, well-equipped kitchen, an open living and dining area, and a furnished patio with a gas grill and golf course view. Guests will also enjoy access to the shared, on-site pool and tennis courts.

This condo is just a short bike ride or even walk from the beach. Canoe or kayak through the intricate 11-mile lagoon system, or keep your feet dry and indulge in some retail therapy, or dine at one one of several local restaurants. A little over two miles from this rental is Shelter Cove Marina, a waterfront neighborhood that hosts some of the best island cuisine, boutiques, art galleries, water sports, and weekly (seasonal) waterfront fireworks displays.

Great weekend in Palmetto Dunes

We had a great stay! The condo was perfect and had everything we needed for the weekend. View of the golf course was great on the patio where we ate outside each night. We went just as a couple but there was plenty of room for 4 more people if needed . Would definitely recommend if you want to stay in Palmetto Dunes. Short drive to beach and golf course.

First time to Hilton Head

The house was great for our large group of 8. The beach is NOT a short walk. We drove in our car or the kids rode bikes. The kitchen amenities were some of the best of any rental we have stayed in. The bathrooms were nice and updated. We had a wonderful first trip to Hilton Head!

A lot of room for improvement.

I would not stay here again. It looked good on pictures and ok when you first walk in. The longer we stayed the worse it got. Roach infested, dirty-badly stained curtains, counter tops falling apart and cracks where bugs hide. Seems like some updates have been made but not consistent. Location more than a mile away from the beach. In my opinion, the bad outweighs the good. Will not stay here again.

Great Location

Both bathrooms were updated. It was close to everything. Beautiful golf course in your back yard. Kitchen needs updated and stocked with pots and pans, only 2 frying pans. Beaches right down the street. Pool was really nice and clean.

Pros- great views of golf course- comfortable and spacious beds rooms. Gorgeous scenery . Very quiet and lovely area Cons: was concerned with the cleanliness. Old kitchen, needs some TLC. The coffee makers or not usable had mold in them and filthy. Dishwasher was old. Everything just needed otherwise it was a great place

Great accommodations in Hilton Head

Second time staying in this pet friendly condo. Has everything we needed including a new gas grill since our prior stay. Bathrooms were remodeled in 2021 and are very nice. Location to golf and the beach is excellent as well as to stores, restaurants and entertainment. everyone we talked to in the development were very friendly. It is hard to find pet friendly rentals in Palmetto Dunes Resort and I appreciate the ability to take our dog on vacation.

Some updates done but more needed

Nice villa in a great location. The bathrooms are beautiful and updated but water gets all over the floor because there is only a half wall in the shower. Furniture in living area is pretty outdated. TVs are big and nice. Bedrooms are nice with comfy beds, nice dressers and closets. Kitchen is very dirty and old - however appliances are new. We didn’t cook nearly as much as we had planned because of the lack of usable kitchen tools/cookware. Our little dog loved the golf course view and playing out there.

Last minute getaway

This property was everything we needed for a quick getaway. The kids loved the bunk room, and the grownups enjoyed the insanely comfortable beds and walking the cart paths on the golf course. Appreciated the clean facilities, linens, and the adequately supplied kitchen space. Just had a very comfortable stay. Thank you!

Could have been worse I suppose.

The house wasn’t as clean as I expected. Lots of black dog hairs and lots of dust under furniture. It’s a little deceiving when it comes to the bedrooms. It’s not really three bedrooms, really two and a tiny bunk room. Luckily two of our guest didn’t come, we only had 6 people but still had to share a room in order to be comfortable and on a decent mattress. I was also told I could book an extra day for half price but when I tried, it was almost impossible to figure out, went back and forth with emails and they ended up charging me more for the extra night that the original cost. In the end the whole trip with fees and all was almost double. I expect some fees but my goodness.
