For in-season stays, park your car to explore Sea Pines by free trolley, with a stop located just outside our building. For walkers, runners & bikers, enjoy access to miles of paved pedestrian pathways, all leading back to Harbour Town. Bike rentals are available at numerous locations in Sea Pines as well as bike parking and lockup locations at most all public areas. Bikes can be delivered directly to Mariner's Way as there are lockups around the property.
Sea Pines Resort Pool: Mariner's Way 681 provides guests access to the Sea Pines Resort pool. Not all Sea Pines property owners provide this amenity to guests given the cost, so please understand that as you plan your stay anywhere in Sea Pines.
Beach Gear: Beach chairs (4) & umbrella (1) are available in the villa for guest use. All beach gear is Tommy Bahama and is new!
Unit Readiness: The unit is professionally cleaned & maintained during turnover periods. All linens are provided as well as a starter pack that provides basic sundry items for both the kitchen & bathrooms. Please note the linens provided do NOT include pool / beach towels, please plan to bring your own.

*Parking note; Given the location at the heart of Harbour Town, the Mariner's Way complex has a limited number of reserved, yet unassigned, parking spaces available for residents & guests that you are welcome to make use of if available. However, there is ample public parking via a number of lots immediately surrounding the building, but during peak season & peak hours, parking can be difficult given the influx of people to Harbour Town for prime-time activities. To maximize your experience, plan ahead for car use and leverage the Trolley for intra-Sea Pines travel at peak times during Memorial Day & Labor Day. During shoulder & off-season periods, parking is not an issue.
