My family and I truly enjoy booking this house in Sea Pines. The accommodations are perfect for my family with adult children. Everyone has their own private bath. Wonderful pool and great outside grill to use. We also love the short walk to the beach! Would highly recommend this house.

This was a nice place for our extended family to stay. each family had its own bedroom and bath which was nice. The kids enjoyed the pool as well as one of the adults. It was a short walk to the beach once we figured it out. LOL!

We have stayed the last 15 years in Sea Pines every summer. This home has a great location close to the beach. We enjoyed walking with our kids and beach wagon to the beach. The water pressure in showers are all super low. We requested additional cleaning of the bathrooms (tons of hair on floor), but no one came (even though they said they would come).

We really enjoyed staying at this nice house. It had everything we needed. Only problem was it had a funny small. That was from the cleaners using something. It was really strong. We dealt with it, but I’d get different cleaners or talk to them.

The property was very nice, very clean, with lots of common space and privacy in the bedrooms all with their own bathroom. The appliances and and amenities were all modern and we didn’t find anything missing that we would need. The pool was a great addition to break the day between the house and the beach. The beach was a quick walk away and the bike path was convenient to get to south beach and Harbourtown. The heat was intense, but for August in South Carolina it is normal. We would definitely recommend this property if going to Hilton Head.

We've rented a lot of VRBO homes and this one is at the top of the list. The home is very comfortable for a large family. Separate bathrooms for each bedroom is nice. The floor plan is open and the decorations are great for HHI. The cleaning service did a very thorough job. The pool is good size (recommend heat for the cooler months - but it is pricey). The location is perfect. Beach is walkable, or ride your bikes there in just a few minutes. It's not 1st-3rd row, but it's also a fraction of the cost of those homes. The area around the home is spectacular. We will be back, whether with our extended family or with friends. We highly recommend this place, but leave some future openings for us! :)

We really enjoyed our stay at this property, the location is great and proximity to the beach is close. Before we booked this property, I messaged the host to ensure that we could have the pool heated. The host responded yes and gave us details about the process. After booking, I emailed the host with our plans the pool and I was told now they would not be able to heat the pool. Total bate and switch. Got our money then changed the story. The house could desperately use new linens, mattresses, and pillows. Like a lot of other vacation rentals in Hilton head this property is managed by a massive company. Every time I contacted the company about the pool I got a different person with a different answer. It was very offputting and dishonest. Overall, we had a nice day, but had a bad taste in our mouth about the dishonesty with the Pool.

This rating is all over the place because the house seemed nice, but we only stayed 24 hrs and they were miserable because the furnace did not work. We checked in on 23Dec and realized late at night (22 degrees outside) that there was no heat. I spent Christmas Eve trying to get moved to another house. While things do happen, the furnace guy told us that this thing clearly had not been able to work in a long time. The corrosion was bad. It appears that no one had done any maintenance, so when we got there and tried to turn it on it was discovered. After 24 hrs of 48 degrees in a home, we did get moved to another house and all was right with the world :)

The daily trips to the beach were an easy and relaxing five minute walk. We enjoyed the pool every afternoon and all of the restaurants on our list to visit were within 10 to 15 minutes from the rental. Our family really enjoyed being together and a huge part of our amazing week was the beautiful house we stayed in. The house was so comfortable and met each families needs. Having a bathroom connected to each of the four bedrooms was so helpful.

The house was in an excellent location. Close walking distance to beach Kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need. The pool was a great feature. I was there with my children and adult grandchildren and we had a great time. If there was any that would be an improvement it would be to have some beach chairs that you could use for the beach.

Everything on one level. House was VERY clean. Kitchen was very well stocked. (nonstick pans could use a little update). All 5 TV's run on Roku, so take your passwords for your apps. Not needed for local TV service. I do not like South Carolina's cable service but that's just my opinion. Pool and patio was a good mix of sun and shade thru out the day. Had to call for pool service to clean leaves from bottom on Tues/came Wed. but landscaper blew pine needles for us on Tuesday. Plenty of room for our 8. Just a little inconvenient walk to beach if taking chairs and umbrellas. Fine if just walking to and from. Would order beach set up next time. Would rent again for sure.
