Shorewood 205 - Great Oceanfront Views Updated 2nd Floor Condo

With a balcony accessible by the living room and master bedroom, guests staying in Shorewood 205 enjoy panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and its white sandy beaches. Upgrades include freshly renovated kitchen plus all stainless renovated kitchen, some new furniture, painting throughout, new beds, flat screen televisions & blu-ray player. Shorewood is a five story elevator building located in South Forest Beach with an oceanfront pool (heated) and spa. Pool is Heated March 1 - April 30 and Oct 1 - November 30. Toddlers have a separate wading pool. Among the amenities offered throughout Hilton Head Island, Shorewood is just two blocks from the Coligny Beach Market, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. Also nearby is the new Low Country Celebration Park. This nicely furnished property features a bar-height bistro set on the balcony overlooking the ocean. King bed in the primary bedroom with walk-in shower, 1 Queen and 1 Twin in bedroom 2 plus a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

We had a wonderful time in this condo. Very well appointed, beautiful view of the beach and water. Very close to restaurants and walking distance to Coligony Square shopping. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo! View was beautiful, pool was perfect, and access to the beach easy with our 4 young kids. A few complaints about cleanliness but they may be just part of what comes with beach living. The windows in the family room had large amounts of bird poop on them which just kinda threw off the ocean view vibe. I reached out if anything could be done and it wasn’t. And while everything appeared very clean I had a crawling baby whose hands and legs were very dirty after our first hour there. They do have some puzzles and games we enjoyed, beach toys we could borrow, and the furniture was very comfortable. Our kids already asked when we could go back to stay at the same place and we for sure would!

This condo did not disappoint! It was well equipped, such a short walk to the beach, and the most amazing views. We definitely would stay again!

Nice property with good pool right on the beach. Beach was amazing. Place is located in a great spot on the island and easy to get to everywhere.

Perfect for our stay

This is a lovely unit in Shorewood, convenient to get to, and one of our favorites to date! Everything was in good shape in the unit, which is not always the case with rentals. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Thank you!

Shorewood 205 - peaceful

Beautiful location - views from the patio were wonderful; property is geographically close to favorite places/restaurants. Condo matched the online photos and was clean and comfortable. I do wish the entry codes could be emailed to us rather than requiring a stop at the rental office.

Perfect Condo

This was our 3rd time staying at a Shorewood condo and it was by far the best! Beautifully renovated and wide open floor plan. The view of the ocean is amazing. My only ask for the owner would be to add some throw blankets in the living room as at gets a little chilly under the ceiling fam If you don't have a car, the location is wonderful with a short walk to just about anything you could want at Caligny Beach. Grocery store, restaurants, shops, ice cream - it has it all.The pool was never crowded and the beach was clean.

Honeymoonin

This was our first visit to Hilton Head for our honeymoon. This condo was prefect! It’s in a gated community which was nice for added security! Lots of parking. The pool/hot tub was clean with extra lounge chairs. Hilton Head was just as wonderful as everyone said! Super relaxing and peaceful. Would use this condo again!

Brand new, immaculate!

This unit was just renovated and they did an amazing job.The pictures are 100% accurate and the unit was very very clean. Great view, comfortable patio seating, great location, great pool, and a very wide beach. The outside of the building was also recently redone and the property is well maintained. We will definitely stay again!

Amazing balcony; perfect location

We had some initial communication issues, but Seashore worked hard to rectify those issues and they were friendly and helpful throughout the process. Two weeks before our visit we changed our reservation to a different condo, and they made that transition easy with no issues. The property was great and the balcony was our favorite feature. We would definitely come back!

Heavenly Views

We stayed in 508 and it was very clean and has the best view of the beach. I love that the patio was accessed by the bedroom or the living room! Wonderful private access to the beach. We will be returning as soon as we can!

Great condo

The condo was as advertised, check in was a breeze. The area is really great, close to everything. My only recommendation is for the owners to get new bed pillows. They were very flat and uncomfortable. Other than that, the condo had everything we needed.

Great Stay!

Overall impression was great! Condo is in good shape, clean, and in a terrific location. The only problem was that the curtain overlooking the lanai in the master bedroom didn't open fully. Something needs to be fixed. Would definitely stay at 205 Shorewood again.

Great stay on HHI!

Enjoyed our stay! Condo was perfect for us with everything provided that we needed. Loved the location, within walking distance to Coligny Beach for shopping and dining. Enjoyed coffee and mimosas each morning on the patio watching the waves. We felt very safe within the gated community of Shorewood and hope to return!

Awesome Condo - Great Location!

This was our first visit to Shorewood 205 and we loved it! The location is amazing and the condo is just as noted in the listing. I would have someone check the water pressure in the bathrooms as the water coming from the shower head is too forceful. The back patio is lovely and we ate there several times and enjoyed watching the deer one morning over coffee. There were four or five - including two large bucks - who bedded down in the brush between the condo and the beach during daylight! Very Cool! And there are plenty of great restaurants near the condo, within walking distance, and an excellent biking/walking trail in the same area! Again, we loved it! We will be back for sure!!
