If you envision you and all your family having lots of fun on Hilton Head Island, then this is the house for you. Very bright with skylights. Spacious large 5 Bedroom home offering plenty of beds for sleeping and large open rooms for relaxing. Located in Sea Pines Resort directly on the 2nd hole tee of the Harbour Town Golf Links where the RBC Heritage Golf Tournament is played.

Just a short 5 minute stroll to the Harbour Town Club House and Harbour Town or take a quick bike ride to the beach.

A Great House for Family Gathering

This house was clean, equipped, spacious and just great fun! The pool was clean and a great diversion for the kids. The provided bicycles and beach gear were an extra treat. The house location was perfect for beach trips, Harbor Town and easy trips to grocery stores. Will definitely get this house again!

Beautiful Sea Pines Home

We just spent a week at this beautiful home in Sea Pines. The location was great and it was supplied with everything we needed for our week on the island. We loved having a pool on the property. The owner was quick to communicate with us before, during and after our trip. We would definitely rent from him again.

Wonderful family vacation. This home has everything you can imagine for the kitchen, plenty of plates, silverware, cookware, wine, glasses, you name it, they have it! Such a great experience and having the pool was was a lot of fun. Plus, the house is spacious!

The home was perfect for our extended family - four generations enjoyed the lovely home, relaxing pool, walks in the community and proximity to the beach. Beautiful getaway for family

We had an incredible stay here. Everything was so clean, well stocked and supplied, and very spacious. We were really comfortable here and had everything we need (kitchen appliances, pool towels, beach chairs, beach bikes). Further, the host was incredibly generous, communicative, and made sure we had all the info we needed prior to arrival. The trip went off without a hitch because of how well maintained the house is, the great communication with our host, and the gorgeous serenity of HHI. you will absolutely LOVE your stay here.

fantastic stay

The house had all of the amenities as advertised and a great location on the golf course and close to Harbor Town. Bikes and beach gear were nice perks. The kitchen was well-equipped and the separate ice maker was a huge bonus with our large family. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out or join together. We also appreciated plenty of seating for the family to eat together. The screened-in porch was great to dry off after a dip in the pool. We highly recommend Joe's home and renting from him was very easy!

Family trip for 9, spacious and comfortable!

Awesome location, beautiful property equipped with anything you could need! Vacationed with 3 separate families under one roof. Multiple areas to relax/dine in. There is a separate wing off the main area of the house that is very private and was perfect for my family with a baby…quiet and baby was easily able to nap throughout the day! Having a high chair at the house, bikes for everyone but the baby, and beach toys—especially nice. Thanks, Joe, for an awesome stay!

Great family weekend

We had a great time at Joe's property. Nice location overlooking the golf course and close to Harbortown which we biked to several times. We spent a lot of time in and around the pool. There was a small issue with the cleaning crew when we first got there to check in but Joe was very responsive and had it taken care of it right away. Shortly thereafter a cheese and wine basket was delivered which was greatly appreciated. We will definitely go back again.

Hilton Head Rental

We stayed here in July 2015 and found it just wonderful! You could see that the house had been recently renovated with new kitchen, bathrooms, etc. The pool is beautiful. The beds were so comfortable! It looks like a model home with all the decorator finishes. We enjoyed cooking on the extra-large outdoor grill. Great walking trails around the golf course. Easy walk to Harbor Town and our kids loved going over after dinner for ice cream. Can't wait to rent this home again!

Family get together

Our family lives in different states and only have 1 or 2 days a year to see each other all together. My husband and I rented the house so we could all be under one roof for 4 days! It was amazing! The house was perfect! With 4 teens and only 1 girl the bunk room and the queen room with shared bath worked perfectly. The 3 adult couples had own rooms with in suite bath. Beautiful home and well equipped for meals in if you prefer. Swimming pool was heated and felt wonderful! Highly recommend this home.

Even Better than expected!

Great location - less than 1 mile to Harbour Town & about 1.5 to the Beach Club. Easy bike ride or walk to Harbor Town & super easy bike ride to the beach. Home owner allowed us to use his bikes, beach chairs, beach towels, & more. The pool was heated to a perfect 86 deg! We made some delicious burgers on the Blackstone by the pool one night. Beds were comfortable & kitchen had everything we needed including dishwasher pods, trash bags, grill tools, and aluminum foil. The screen porch looking out over the pool and the golf course was a perfect spot every morning and evening. We enjoyed watching the golfers going by. Home had several board games that we enjoyed too. Perfect house for our spring break trip! Thanks so much Joe!

Great House #3 St. Andrews Place

We loved this place and would definitely book again ! Manager is prompt and responsive to all issues. Only problems we had: cleaning crew Sat there too long, needed paper products, supplies, certain bathroom cleaning had to be redone. We contacted Joe and immediately taken care of. Joe is great manager. Lovely home, pool, and location in Sea Pines. Great week of relaxation, golf, pool, loved it all. CJM
