  • Welcome to luxury! 19 Belted Kingfisher is a five bedroom, six and a half bathroom home that will absolutely take your breath away. With over 5,500 square feet - this highly appointed home can easily host a group of up to thirteen guests.

    This home is 2nd row ocean in Sea Pines & the beach path is just next to the home. The outdoor entertaining area and pool deck is one of the best around - your own personal oasis! There is a built-in gas grill plus a large flat screen TV. A conversation area with oversized comfy chairs PLUS a porch swing. The pool and spa are able to be heated with advance notice - see notes below.

    1st Floor:

    This home was professionally designed and decorated. The gourmet kitchen offers a large kitchen island with marble countertops, double ovens, two dishwashers, six burner gas stove, a standalone ice maker and wine fridge. The living room has a large, flat screen TV. There is a powder room situated just off the pool deck & front foyer.

    This home is outfitted with wireless internet and features a laundry room with a washer and dryer.

    The first of two master suites has a king bed, flat screen TV and walk-in closet. The private master bathroom has a soaking tub, walk-in shower and his-and-her sinks.

    Mid-Level:

    Bedroom two has three twin beds and a flat screen TV. The private bath has a walk-in shower.

    2nd Floor:

    There is a second living area located upstairs. It has a large flat screen TV and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is an extended bar top with a mini-fridge and sink. This living room has access to a porch with seating and a table.

    The second master has a king bed with access to the porch. There is a sitting area in the bedroom as well as a flat screen TV & walk-in closet. The incredibly spacious private master bath has his-and-her sinks, a large soaking tub and a separate walk-in shower.

    The last two bedrooms are on this top floor. One has a king bed with a flat screen TV. The private bathroom has a walk-in shower. The other has two queen beds with a flat screen TV. The private bathroom has a walk-in shower.

    • Pool Info: The pool is 42 feet at the longest and 12 feet at the widest, it does dip down in some areas. The pool and spa at this home operate off both an electric heater and a propane heater. Electric heat is complimentary and typically available March through May and again September through October, weather permitting. Please note the electric heater will not operate if outdoor temperatures fall below 55 degrees at any point during your stay. Propane heat is available year-round regardless of outdoor temperatures. Propane pool heat is available for $115/day + tax with a four consecutive day minimum and includes spa heat. Propane spa-only heat is available for $45/day + tax with a four consecutive day minimum. The pool is not able to be heated during the summer months. Please reach out to our office at least two weeks prior to your arrival if you would like to arrange propane heat for your stay.

    • Paying guest reservations staying between 4-27 nights will receive a $250 VayK Life beach/bike gear credit. This will be emailed to you after making a reservation and is valid for VayK Life rentals only.

It’s easy once you know, but it wasn’t obvious to us at first.Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

Great time with family and friends!

Beautiful home and great location! We all had a great stay at this home. The backyard is very private and it is just a short walk to the beach. The home was clean, spacious and so pretty! The rental company was so nice and provided excellent communication. Looking forward to coming back sometime!

Best Property We've Stayed In!!

We absolutely loved this home - I think we were one of the first ever guests to stay in it! It was by far the best rental we have ever had in Sea Pines in 21 years. The quality of finishes and the designer touches make it feel like a real home - not a rental. Coastal Home and Villa was great to work with - looking forward to being a repeat guest next year!

Great home!

19 Belted Kingfisher is an outstanding vacation home. Great outdoor living area and good size pool and spa. Very close to beach (2nd row with path next to house). Spacious kitchen with two dishwashers. Also had two ice machines which were very useful. Very clean and beautifully appointed throughout.

2025 Spring Break

We had a fantastic time at 19 Belted Kingfisher with our son and his family (2yr. and 6 yr.). The weather cooperated and the kids enjoyed the pool everyday. We started each day with a short walk to the beach to look for shells, We loved the outside seating snd listened to music while swimming. The big swing was a huge hit. The house is beautiful and very convenient to great restaurants.We made great memories! Thank you

Perfect location for a very short bike ride to Salty Dog and a leisurely one to Harbourtown! The luxury decor in this home was over the top. 2 dishwashers and Ice machines were so helpful! Heated pool and nice hot tub was used every day. Our management contact, Catherine, was phenomenal and made sure we were taken care of! We will definitely be coming back!

We have enjoyed staying at different homes each year. This home was by far the best location and quality of home we have stayed in. The home was beautifully furnished and well equipped for our trip. The walk to the beach was easy and short and the pool was a highlight for our families. After our recent experience with the rental company and the home itself, I think it is safe to say that we will not be searching for vacation homes anymore! We will be back! I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an amazing home that accommodates large families.

Things we especially loved:- wonderfully designed outside space / lots of different areas for small groups to hang out. Also easy for larger group to hang out together - outdoor swing is perfection- two indoor hang out spaces- second floor TV room is a real bonus - gorgeous kitchen with the biggest island I’ve ever seen! Thoughtfully designed with two dishwashers so easy to clean up- every bedroom had its own bathroom - easy walk or bike to Salty Dog- very close to beach- rental company was very responsive!- everything was very clean / kitchen was very organized.Highly recommend this rental - you will be very happy!

Doors to bedrooms upstairs could not lock, light fixture broken and hanging on wall in bedroom, master bathroom toilet area vent looks like it might have caught on fire at one time, master shower door hard to open all the way, when master shower in use no hot water was available to the other rooms so we all had to take showers at separate times. Area rugs could use a cleaning. A lot of roaches outside around pool area. Mosquito's were INSIDE the house the entire week. There were two separate occasions were people came to the door. One was a maintenance man and the other was a women taking pictures of the house outside. I don't think that should be taking place when our family is trying to have a week on vacation. The maintenance man said he was told there were light bulbs that needed to be changed. We did not call anything in to maintenance. I have teenage girls and they would have been scared if their parents weren't in the house at the time these people came to the door. We also had the pool company come by and the lawn care company. Of course these things need to be taken care of weekly however I think a form on the counter of some kind letting us know the schedule at least of what day they would be at the house would give us a heads up of when all these different people would be at the house. Over all, we love this house, its decor is beautiful, very well stocked and organized in the kitchen.

All Family Vacation & 50th Wedding Anniversary Celebration

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We vacationed at the spacious 19 Belted Kingfisher house with four families and celebrated the parent's 50th anniversary. Everyone loved the house and pool! The huge and very well-equipped kitchen allowed families to prepare a themed dinner each night. The adult couples enjoyed their individual suites and bathrooms, and the grandkids loved their accommodations. Many hours were spent in the large pool where the grandkids had a ball! The management company was great and extremely responsive when contacted. Hilton Head was a new vacation spot for all of us and within a day's drive. (We had previously vacationed each summer at New Smyrna Beach Florida for over 40 years in individual condos). The feedback from our kids and grandkids was that they were very impressed with this house, and we all had a great vacation experience!

Short walk to the beach and we didn’t miss the view at all. And the house was by far the cleanest we’ve stayed in...cheers to the cleaning crew!
