- Welcome to Hudson South! Enjoy this terrific beach house in a great location, only a quick 2 minute walk to the beach. Newly renovated kitchen with large island and plenty of space for the whole group to gather around. Grab your coffee cup and sit on the beach to watch the sunrise or bring your bottle of wine to enjoy the cool evening breezes! Come enjoy the large spacious floor plan, perfect for your group to have a great beach vacation. This 5 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath house comfortably sleeps 12 guests with a large deck overlooking a 15'X30' pool (heat additional ). Fenced in yard. Large kitchen with plenty of seating for everyone. Light and Airy Family Room with cozy couches, 85" tv, Superfast Wifi , Roku and Hulu live streaming. Borrow a Boogie Board, Beach Chair or Game to enjoy time on the beach. Relax at night with a board game or family movie. Walk out the back gate to the beach path and relax on the stunningly beautiful, quiet beach. Enjoy all of Sea Pines many amenities including Golf, Tennis, Boating, Fishing, Nature Preserve, Stables, and over 15 miles of Bike Trails. There are lots of great restaurants close by as well as plenty of excursions for the adventurous type. This is the place where you can choose to be active or just relax, it's all your choice.
Pool heat is available for $600 (May-Sept) $800(April & October) and $1000 (November-March)plus tax.
We welcome one dog with applicable pet fee.
Rentals are Saturday to Saturday during the summer season.
No Towed Boats or Electric Bikes are allowed. Ring Doorbell camera on front door.
