  • Welcome to this distinctive vacation property managed locally by Island Time Hilton Head.

    504 Barrington Arms is a lovely three-bedroom, three-bathroom direct oceanfront condo on the fifth floor. Enjoy panoramic ocean views and updated furnishings and décor throughout. The dining area is adjacent to both the living room and the well-equipped kitchen.

    The primary bedroom is off the dining area to the right. It has a king bed and private access to the balcony. On the left side of the bedroom, there is a sink with a mirror. The private bath features a walk-in shower and a second vanity with a sink.

    On the left side of the villa, just past the kitchen, there are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has two twin beds with an ocean view. This bedroom uses a hall bathroom and features a walk-in shower. The other guest bedroom features a queen bed with an ensuite bathroom featuring a combination tub/shower.

    Please Note: Exterior repairs and improvements are scheduled from November 2026 through March 2027, including stucco, painting, windows, and sliding doors. Guests may experience construction activity and noise. Please call our office with any questions.

We really enjoyed our stay at palmetto dunes. The community was beautiful and the beach access was top notch. Very private and quiet in comparison to the rest of the island

Great escape

We had a fantastic stay at this property. Location was fantastic. Unit was clean and met our needs perfectly. View of the ocean was great. Only downside was the noise from the maintenance that was occurring on the building next door as well as the building fire alarm that was repeatedly set off. Outside of that it was a great stay!

Nice place -- bright, airy and great views

Overall the property was perfect for the six adults in our party. Very comfortable, no issues at all with the facilities, and the views were wonderful. But this is the only place I've ever stayed that doesn't provide even the most basic of kitchen amenities like salt, pepper, starter coffee or sugar.

Property setup was excellent! Ocean view from the room, 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms, nicely equipped kitchen area, large dining table. Room with balcony overlooking the pool area, nicely maintained pool. Short walk to the beach. Rented beach gear, bikes, worth it. Everything, stores, restaurants are a short drive away. Overall very happy with the experience!

We drank our coffee on the balcony every morning and watched the birds fly by at eye level and dolphin wsiming in the waves on the beach. My only complaint is the coffee cups could be replaced for larger mugs or bring your own. If your looking for a comfortable property that allows you to interact with the activities of the ocean, this one is perfect.
