The Villa

Located on the second floor of Building A (with convenient elevator access), this comfortable one-bedroom, one-bath villa is thoughtfully arranged to accommodate couples and families alike.

Sleeping arrangements include:

* Private bedroom with a queen-size bed
* Queen-size pull-out sofa featuring a comfortable memory foam mattress
* Two built-in steamer bunks, perfect for children
* Graco Pack ’n Play available for our youngest guests

Step out onto your private balcony and enjoy a partial ocean view while sipping your morning coffee or unwinding after a day in the sun.

The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare breakfast, pack beach snacks, or enjoy a relaxing dinner with family. The main living area features a full-size dining table with seating for four and a large wall-mounted Smart TV with cable. Feel free to sign in to your favorite streaming services and enjoy your own entertainment.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is included, and we’ve provided beach chairs to make packing for your vacation a little easier. Just arrive, settle in, and start enjoying the beach!

The Resort

Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort is a gated oceanfront community offering an excellent selection of amenities for guests of all ages.

Please note: E-bikes are not permitted anywhere on the resort property.

The Location

Located along Hilton Head’s beautiful mid-island coastline, the resort offers direct access to Folly Field Beach, a quieter stretch of shoreline that tends to be less crowded than some of the island’s busier beach destinations. It’s a wonderful place to relax, enjoy the ocean, and keep an eye out for dolphins!

Restaurants and mini-golf are within walking distance, while the popular Coligny Beach and Plaza area is just a short 10-minute drive away.

For those who enjoy exploring on two wheels, Hilton Head’s extensive network of flat, scenic bike paths makes it easy to discover the island’s beaches, restaurants, shops, and natural beauty.

The central location also provides convenient access to historic Bluffton, just across the bridge on the mainland. Explore its charming downtown, picturesque live oak trees draped in Spanish moss, waterfront dining, and nearby Tanger Outlets.

* Cancellation: 100% refund for cancellations made at least 60 days before arrival.
* Monthly rentals available.
* Credit card payments accepted through VRBO.
* Vehicle passes: The resort charges a $35 fee per vehicle pass, collected at checkout. Day passes are available for visiting guests. Additional overnight vehicle passes may be purchased by contacting me.
