Brand new bathroom with designer tiled walk-in shower, white vanity and extra room in bath. There is all brand-new furniture. This 1 bedroom 1 bath villa will not disappoint. It has been renovated to today's standards of what guests want in a vacation rental with designer colors and a coastal feel. Open Floor Plan with plenty of cabinet and storage space. There is extra sleeping space featuring 2 bunks and a queen-size pull-out sofa. Nice views of the ocean from the balcony. Elevator is close to this villa. Family of 6 will fit fine and it's a close walk to the huge community pool and beach.
Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort is your perfect family vacation destination with the largest beach pool on Hilton Head, a Beach Cafe, four access points to the beach and only a 2-minute walk to the beach and pool. The resort has a gym on site and there are 10 pickleball courts with walk up games going on daily. The resort also has bike rentals to enjoy over 50 miles of bike trails on Hilton Head Island. There is everything you need at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort to make it a vacation to remember!

Great place for a family getaway!

My husband, our son and I extremely enjoyed staying here! The pool,beach, and condo were all clean! I have zero complaints and would definitely stay here again!

Great for a girls trip

This place was perfect for my friend and me. It was clean and nicely updated. We appreciated the beach chairs left for our use. We loved that the property had bikes to rent. The pool/beach area was great and also kept very clean.
