Great location. Great place.to stay

We enjoyed the visit very much. Only one issue that was eventually resolved. The place was not perfect but very good. Bring all spices and seasonings. And bring salt and pepper. Alos lots of sunscreen.

Really nice place

Everything overall was absolutely perfect. That people was very communicative and if you had an issue they fixed it right then. Everything stocked in the kitchen makes it easy to cook your meals. It could use some main spices in there like salt and pepper and also garlic. Also could use a digital thermometer if you’re wanting to check your food. The only other thing was the pools was always filled with leaves sand and more. It is a beautiful place and it felt like home.

Great beach trip

The property was just as advertised and was a quick trip to the beach. We had to call maintenance for one issue and they resolved it within a couple of hours. Would highly recommend this property to others visiting Hilton Head.

Perfect beach getaway

This was our first time visiting Hilton Head Island and the location was perfect. Short walk to the beach and biking around made it extra great. Property manager was easy to get a hold of.

Perfect getaway

We were pleasantly surprised at the roominess and comfort of the condo. The location to both pool and beach was fantastic. Beds we’re comfortable and it was quiet. I’ll definitely be back.

Wondeful family Vacay

This property was perfect for our family. We had 4 kids ages 5-16 and everyone had a great time. The beach is right outside the pool area, when the littlest one was finished with beach one kf us could just take her to the pool while the otber stayed at the beach with the other kids. Definitely will be comjng back!!

Great location, nice property!

Overall this is a very nice space The apartment is very spacious & well laid out. Great location, easy access to beach & pool. We stayed 3 weeks and had all the amenities needed to cook meals. We felt very comfortable. Minor negatives were the water had not been run before we arrived so we had a day or 2 of intense sulphur smell & dirty water before we emptied the water tank. Bathrooms could use some paint as it was peeling in some areas. Also the windows needed to be cleaned to appreciate the view.

Anniversary fanned out!

This was our 25th Anniversary trip. We’ve come to Hilton Head for the past six years for this event since both retiring from the military and because the weather is always amazingly beautiful. We had an amazing time and we enjoyed ourselves immensely with house we rented! It is so spacious, nicely furnished and very clean. I would’ve given a rating of five stars instead of four due to the mechanical noise coming from the ceiling fan in the master suite. I figure the blades needs retightening, but that’s just me. The noise was a sore spot of the weekend, trying to get much needed sleep after an eventful evening. Nonetheless, we still made the best of our stay in a beautiful spacious vacation spot other than being completely fanned out!

Dirty floors, dead bugs everywhere, and a 1.5 hour fire alarm

The location and neighborhood is great. Once you walk inside the condo you realize its out dated. Paint peeling, dirty floors, dirty showers, smelly water, dead bugs everywhere. Also, a live bug under the mattress. A fire alarm went off for 1.5 hours the first night. It was a nightmare outside. The firefighters could not get the alarm to stop going off. We contacted the manager and all they did was send out a cleaning lady the next day. She was 2 hours late but was very nice. It was so nasty that I didn't want to take a bath or bathe my children in the bath tubs. Very disappointed.

Beautiful property

This was a beautiful property as pictured in the listing with quick beach and pool access. There was plenty of room for our family of 6. We loved the ocean view from the balcony, and the kitchen was fully stocked. There are bike trails right outside the condo, and we loved bike riding on the beach. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the fan in the bedroom with the king bed makes a lot of noise when running and is in need of repair. We could not sleep with it turned on. Also the access code should stay active until after checkout time. We could have easily been locked out while loading the car if we had not realized the code was no longer active. Finally, the pool was not heated, and we were told by others on the property that it would be heated the following week. This should be included in the listing.

Spring Break

This was our second stay at Windsor II, but our first stay in this unit. We love the condo complex and its proximity to the beach. The rental company did a good job corresponding before and during our stay. My main complaint is with the cleanliness and upkeep of the unit itself. We chose to stay in and cook our first night. Unfortunately, we found several kitchen items dirty (visible food caked on). It did not appear that the cleaning crew is checking things. In addition, my son’s bed had sand in it the first night. It was not from him, as he had showered and not slept in the bed prior to this. The living room furniture is visibly soiled and could stand to be replaced or thoroughly cleaned (professionally). The carpets are also very soiled. We don’t wear shoes inside and my feet were dirty after walking around the condo. Finally, paint is peeling off the walls in the master bath, making it look less than stellar. I did communicate my concerns with the rental company, and they acknowledged my message.

Great location

This location was prime sunrise viewing every single morning. The rooms were comfortable and quiet, but the master bed was very hard. Parking was extremely easy and we were right next to a set of stairs/elevator for ease. Simple walk to the pool and the beach was perfect for our toddler, and all of the items we had to drag back and forth. Lastly, the location is so close to the General Store, which is a must stop location, when you're in Palmetto Dunes.
