Just steps away from direct boardwalk access to the beach, this condo offers stunning ocean views and a prime location for enjoying the sun, sand, and surf.

Guests of this condo have access to a wide array of resort amenities, including two pools, tennis courts, a fitness center, tennis and pickleball courts, bike rentals, a seasonal ice cream stand, two on-site restaurants plus a pizza place, two bars (one is an outside tropical hut at the pool), and entertainment at the beach bar during the summertime on weekends. Enjoy a casual menu and live music at Jamaica Joe'z Beach Bar, grab a bite at CocoNutz Sports Bar & Restaurant, or indulge in pizza and wings at Gator's Pizza & Wings.

This beachfront escapade enjoys an air-conditioned open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. Relax and unwind in the welcoming living area while streaming favorite shows and movies on the smart TV or playing board games. The living area opens onto a beachfront balcony with outdoor dining. When mealtime comes, whip up an exquisite homemade meal in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with all stainless steel appliances.

The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
