The main floor of this three-bedroom townhouse features a half-bath, an open kitchen with a breakfast bar, and a dining area with beautiful skylight windows. The living room offers ample seating and a sliding door that leads to a patio overlooking the community's lagoon. The master bedroom has a sitting area and a private bath, and the second bedroom also has a private bathroom. Free WiFi is available and dogs are allowed.

Well stocked kitchen . Comfortable beds. Short pleasant walk to beach . Convenient location. Renovations were poorly installed. Kitchen fixtures were installed backwards and no working ice maker in fridge. Very clean. Would stay again.

updates badly needed, improper plumbing, dirty carpet!

Location was the only good thing about this property. Although the place was surface clean, so much needed updating! The sinks in all bathrooms and kitchen were gross, flooded/overflowed as the drainage in the sinks and showers was poor. The carpet upstairs was horrific, likely with bacteria and bugs, huge stains, afraid to walk without covered feet. The laundry machines were ancient, the door to the laundry room only opened 1/2 way. Overall, outdated, improper plumbing, horribly dirty carpet. Would not stay there again, despite the good location.

Not a standout

The condo is in the lovely Shipyard Plantation and I cannot say enough good things about the location and neighborhood. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach. The condo itself felt a bit out of shape. The master bedroom dresser drawers could barely open and close. The lighting in many rooms was harsh. The bathrooms are definitely updated which is a plus. During our stay we experienced torrential rain and the sound of the rain on the slanted windows was unbelievably loud. The condo was okay but a bit overpriced in my opinion.

A week on the island

Nice place, had almost everything thing we needed, very close to the beach. The place is a little tired but for the price and allowing pets, it was a good deal. There were some nice updates to the place. Nice master bath snd comfortable bed. We would stay here again.

We love staying here! Close walk to beach, close to shopping and restaurants. Lots of room for everyone and it has everything you need, towels, linens and start up cleaning supplies as well as toiletries. Already planning next year.

The stay and vacation was excellent. We could not use the washer in this unit because it leaked. We were not informed of this until we tried to use it and then had to call the property office. The unit was older and needed some renovations. Some had been done but not very well.

Great 3-Bedroom Condo in HHI Close to the Beach

Only a seven minute walk to the beach! Good layout - two separate living spaces plus three reasonably sized bedrooms upstairs. Reasonably updated/modern. Porch furniture was older - could use an update, and no grill. We'd stay here again.

Enjoyable!

As close to the beach as you can get in the Shipyard complex. We had an enjoyable stay here. Clean and serviceable. I would stay again. We had 6 people and one small dog and there was plenty of room to spread out. Good kitchen layout with plenty of pots and pans to cook with. Beds slept great. Showers had plenty of water pressure and we didn’t run out of hot water. TVs were nice but you need to be a audio-visual technician to operate. Internet service was good. Walk to beach is about 10-12 min. Good restroom facilities and foot wash station. Awesome beach. This place is not “perfect” but well worth the money. We cooked steaks on the charcoal grill, but the deck isn’t really useable due to the mold and build up on the deck furniture and cushions. Luckily there is plenty of room to eat inside. Book it. You’ll be satisfied. 😃

Great location!

We have stayed in this unit a couple of times and you can't beat the location. There are some nice cosmetic upgrades but maintenance lacks a little. Minor issues quickly addressed by the vacasa staff though.
