This ground-floor condo is the perfect place to set as a home base as you are out and about exploring the area and taking advantage of all the amenities! Relax outside with an outdoor dining space for the whole family. Take your vacation inside and catch up on your favorite tv shows. The condo comfortably sleeps five but can sleep up to seven with the provided sofa bed. You'll also enjoy the full kitchen and free WiFi.

Queens Grant is nestled on the Robert Trent Jones course in Palmetto Dunes and is only an approximate ten-minute walk to the beach. This complex offers five private complex pools and is right around the corner from the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center and the General Store. Guests are close to everything that Palmetto Dunes has to offer - golfing, fishing, and miles of bike paths.

This was our second stay in this particular unit (unit 666) and it is just right for our needs. Spacious, clean, and comfy. Our party included an elderly family member with mobility issues and the handheld shower head was a huge plus! We had no complaints and enjoyed our stay! We will definitely be returning in the future.

We stayed 2 weeks while moving so had a lot more stuff than a typical vacation. Super closets and easy layout with no carpet (yay!) made this the hands down best for our money! Vacasa is super to deal with by phone but unsure if they get emails from the site. Save time and just call. They are great!

Great villa that was very clean. Our major issue was that we did not have TV or internet for the first 48 hours of our stay and the Vacasa management was not helpful in the process. I had to make numerous phone calls to get it fixed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hilton head Island. However, this was our first time to the island and we would have really appreciated more information about the Island and about Palmetto Dunes. We needed to know where the pools in our complex were located, we needed to know where our beach access was, we needed information about how to rent bicycles, and umbrellas at the beach, and information about restaurants in the area would’ve been very helpful. Vacasa gave us a phone number for a bike rental place that was a 20 minute drive from our condo. The bike rental place would have delivered our bikes but not until sometime Monday afternoon. We arrived Friday. Vacasa did not tell us that there was a bike rental place a half a mile down the road from us that we could walk to and ride our bikes back. We found this information out on our own by talking to very nice people at the General Store. (The fact that there was a General Store with a plethora of “beach” necessities, food and a yummy breakfast and lunch menu would have also been helpful!). We didn’t even get the code to the bathrooms at our community pool. So we had to go back to our condo if we needed to use the bathroom. Had we had small children with us, this would’ve been very very difficult. Vacasa or the owner should be providing all rentals with a welcome packet that gives this very basic information.

this rental was nice. It was clean, nice bieds and conveniently located. Our only two issues were it has terrible lighting in the main living area. The owners really need to add a floor lamp or some other type of lamp between the two sofas. Besides one lamp on an end table the only other light you can use in the living area is the lights on the fan and there are no pull strings to turn them on unless you are very tall or get in a chair. I am low vision and this was a huge issue and could be dangerous for some people. This would be an easy fix for the owners . also, the front door stoop is very loose and you need to be careful entering the unit. Fix these two issuesAnd then I would rate it as a five star unit.

Property is nice especially for allowing pets. Nice back porch area. Plenty of space for the family. Paths for walking and riding bikes. Great location. Quick drive to most of the beaches and restaurants. A couple of small complaints would be the lighting at the location at night isn’t great for walking your dog and I wasn’t pleased with the lock at the sliding door being a wooden stick keeping the door from opening.

I can’t say enough great things about this villa! It was super clean, towels fresh, VERY comfortable beds, clean appliances, kitchen supplies were fantastic and the experience was wonderful! We enjoyed the back porch with a nice umbrella and the pool is so close. An easy bike ride or drive to the beach and General Store. We hope to go back next summer.

The unit we stayed in was spacious and the furnishings were perfect, from the kitchen to the bedroom and family area. The furniture was in perfect condition and very comfortable. My wife absolutely loved the place, we usually stay in the Moorings but Queens Grant was a very pleasant place to stay.

We really enjoyed the home. Not a bad walk to the beach, just make sure you take a beach buggy to lug your chairs etc.. there are none at this house. To be fair there really is nowhere to store them there. Kitchen is basically equipped with both a keurig and a drip coffee maker. We could not find a corkscrew, fortunately for us we had one with us. We also took our own hairdryer and beach towels, good thing Vacasa dont seem to provide either. Overall nice unit.

A map of the condo group would have been helpful. We didn’t see the pool that was available. Additionally restaurant and shopping recommendations would be beneficial. We relied on the internet but feel we may have missed some good suggestions

We enjoyed our week very much. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, dishes, cups, utensils etc. Very short bike ride to the General Store, which we visited often for ice cream or breakfast. The beach is not far either and the kids preferred riding their bikes there instead of taking the car so location was perfect. Highly recommend. Families should know that there are times of year when the pools aren’t open. We knew they most likely wouldn’t be open so for us it was fine. The beach is better anyway! Would stay again for sure!

We enjoyed our stay here. Property was clean and as expected. The only drawback was parking. Although we had passes for 2 cars , frequently we had to park in other areas as there were no spots for us. All in all it was a good stay.
