Our Sea Pines home was just completely renovated in 2020, and newly furnished in 2021! Everything is new! The house comfortably sleeps nine because of our unique bunk room which has 3 twins and a queen! We spared no expense in furnishing and decorating, with your relaxing vacation in mind. We have a private fenced pool and a 75-jet, 5 person lounger hot tub.
The beach is a short distance down the bike path which is next to the house. You can walk to the sand in 8 minutes and bike there in 4 minutes!
We have an amazing commercial quality Arcade Game with 3500 games! Everyone loves this machine!
Rental fee does not include gate passes for Sea Pines. (Sea Pines has made it quite complicated for us to purchase them for you.) You can purchase a week long pass as you enter at the gate. The current rate is $20 per week per car.
In colder months, pool heat can be added for a fee.

We had a fantastic time during our stay. Our 3 yr old son loved the heated pool and bunk bed room. The central location made it great for biking to/from the beach, Harbor Town, South Beach, Lawton Stables, and the Beach Club. The house came equipped with everything we needed and was nicely furnished. Can’t wait to come back and visit again!

This place was perfect for our two families and sets of 4 and 2 year olds. Can’t beat the proximity to the beach with a few bikes. Every amenity you need is there and then some. The pool and hot tub were awesome. We would absolutely book this place again!

Our entire family loved our stay! 3 kids, 2 adults - coming in the fall, the heated pool was incredible to have! Arcade was a blast, too. Plenty of room for us to spread out and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. Would definitely recommend!

This property is wonderful! The backyard is so relaxing and a great way to spend some downtime. Light switches and cupboards are marked which was very helpful. Beds were very comfortable and property was clean. We had a terrific time here and highly recommend this one!

We lived our vacation on Deer Run Ln. The house was perfect for my family of 6. The pool was great. There was a hot tub but we didn’t use it because the weather was so warm. Its location was great. A very short bike ride to the beach. It was very easy access. I would definitely stay again.

This property was amazing! Very quick bike ride to the beach and short car ride to great restaurants and shopping. Adorable decor, very clean, and so close to the beach. The pool was wonderful and the hot tub even better. The owners were super responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Beautiful and relaxing setting at Sea Pines. We rented bikes to explore the trails and ride to the beach which was absolutely stunning. The house was nice and very peaceful with a large hot tub that was great for days end. If you're looking for a private setting to relax and enjoy quality family time, look no further.

This house made our week in Hilton Head fantastic! The backyard is very private and the pool snd hot tub are lovely! All the beds were very comfortable and the house was clean. The kitchen is well appointed and the starter soap/ laundry detergent for kitchen and bathrooms was a really nice touch. The owners were also very responsive to all questions. We would definitely stay again!

Everything was as good or better than advertised, the owner turned on the pool heat for us prior to arrival. Everything in house was labeled and easy to find and use. We love Hilton head / Sea pines area and definitely will be back again .

The house is beautifully decorated and is in a great location on a quiet street. The kitchen was large and fully stocked with everything we needed to cook throughout the week. We were able to bike to the beach in under 5 minutes and could get to restaurants and shopping quickly too. The check-in and check-out were both very easy and the property manager was always available to answer any questions we had. We travel to Hilton Head each year, and would definitely stay in this house again.

The home has everything a family could need to have fun on vacation. The kids loved the arcade machine. Walk to the beach was about 8 to 10 minutes. The house was beautiful. Everyone felt that this was one of the top vacation they have been on.

We had a perfect stay at this property. Everything was spot on and didn't have any issues. The property manager or host was extremely responsive to messages and letting us know when the pool people were coming to fix an issue and responding to any and all questions. The house was excellent, very clean and loved that everything was labeled. All the cabinets, switches, etc. were labeled so you knew exactly what you needed. The pool and hot tub were nice too, but we really enjoyed the location. We rented bikes and it was close to a bike path that you could jump on and ride forever. Very short bike ride or walk to the beach as well. Close to South Beach and Harbour Town. Loved our stay and would recommend or stay here again anytime.

We loved our stay. Hayes is a great host and good communicator. Very flexible and accommodating. The location can’t get better. Very close to the beach. Can walk or bike. The pool, spa and arcade are a great bonus. The home is well stocked with everything one can want and need. Cleanliness was top notch. We would surely rent this place again.

Overall it was a great experience. We had a great time biking and relaxing by the pool and beach. However, we did have a concern with the black mold growing along the ceiling in the main hallway and the overall communication (or lack thereof) with the owners. Other than that it was a great family vacation. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We enjoyed our stay at SeaCured! The home is very clean and well appointed. Nice pool and outdoor space. The master bedroom has a very comfortable bed/mattress. We appreciated the starter kitchen and bath supplies and the charming welcome bag. Our favorite thing was the location...short stroll or bike ride to the beach, and easy bike rides to Harbortown, Sea Pines Center, and South Beach. Great response from the owner for any questions before or during our stay. Very nice property.
