Our Family has been vacationing on Hilton Head Island for over 20 years. Over those years we have created unforgettable memories such as fishing, dolphin watching, walking /bike riding to many spectacular places. A great place to relax and enjoy the views of the awesome beach. We have stayed at the Breakers units on many occasions. It is by far one of our favorite places to stay when vacationing here. What makes the Breaker’s Villas different than others is the close proximity to dining, shopping, entertainment, and the beach. A few short steps across the parking area you will find fabulous restaurants and shopping, and a few short steps the other way in the opposite direction you will step into beautiful waters of the Atlantic ocean.

After many years, the opportunity presented itself for our family to purchase one of these oceanfront villas. We could not walk away from the chance to make one of these our own.

Our villa at 236 Breakers is located on the second floor and the view of the ocean is completely Breathtaking. There have been few experiences in our life that compare to our family vacations at this beach!

We invite you and your family to visit and create your own memories. We can facilitate weekly and monthly rentals. (Snowbirds are welcome with great discounts). We will try to accommodate any reasonable request. We offer a 25% discount for monthly rentals. However, only weekly rentals are accepted from the first of March through the end of October. All other rental requests will be considered so don't hesitate to ask.

Fabulous location!!!

The property is well maintained, the view from the balcony is stunning, the Tiki Hut is next door, and Coligny Plaza is across the street. A truly fabulous location.

Fantastic location with gorgeous view!

Fantastic location at Coligny Plaza steps from so many restaurants, shopping, groceries, live music, parks, biking paths and right on the ocean. Parking was always available and check-in and out was a breeze. My husband & I really enjoyed our stay!

Beach Bliss

Don and Mary Ann were incredible to work with including a last minute schedule change. Their home was beautiful down to the last detail. They even included some holiday decorations since we were there during the holiday period. The condo was immaculate (and that is from a clean freak). They provided starter packs for everything and made the home more than welcoming. The view was amazing and location cannot be beat. We enjoyed ourselves immensely and cannot wait to return to this home full of beach bliss. Thank you Don and MaryAnn!

Wonderful condo with an excellent location on the beach. Across the street from Coligny Plaza so you can walk to dinner and shopping every night. View of the ocean from the deck is gorgeous. This was our second stay here and I'm sure we'll be back.

HHI Charm

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in this cozy condo. Great view of the beach and quiet despite being tucked into a busy area. The condo has all the necessities you would expect along with being clean and up to date. You can tell it is being taken care of well. Location is very convenient to all shopping and dining needs. Great condo and wonderful location

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay at this condo on Hilton Head. We had great ocean views and a terrific location that allowed us to walk to many of our favorite restaurants and attractions. Location, Location, Location!

This was our first time staying in North Forest Beach (and without our kids). The location was great for this trip since we wanted to stay close to the bars and restaurants we frequently visit while on HHI.

Great getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everything was as described! The view of the ocean from our balcony was amazing! Shops and restaurants are all right there within minutes of walking. Great location on the Beach!

Don made the stay very easy for us! Communicated entire way through and answered any questions we had. The stay itself was fantastic. Location is right on the beach which made it very easy to get around for shopping or to get right to the ocean. Just as advertised!

Oceanfront Condo

We have chosen Breakers for the last three years - each year a different Condo. This wonderful Oceanfront condo has been our favorite thus far! The owner and property manager made it feel like home for the week we were there. It was so cozy, so clean, and the view was unbeatable. During our week stay, we had half beautiful and half rainy weather. We were able to kickback and relax in the condo during the rainy weather. One of our favorite things about Breakers is the location. Can’t beat the short walk over to all of the shops, food, and bars. We will be back!

Perfect getaway right on the beach

Don’s condo is amazing and the perfect getaway for a couple. We spent every morning and night on the patio watching the waves roll in, and even saw some deer! Getting to the beach was a breeze, less than a 2-minute walk. The king-size bed was very comfortable and the living room was spacious for the two of us. I would highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again!
